1. Download the "Video Submission Form" HERE. You will need to complete a form ELECTRONICALLY (handwritten entries will not be considered) for each video submitted.
2. Send both your video and your form to:

3. OR you can email a video download link along with the filled out form to mtvbasemusic@vimn.com.
NB: Your video needs to conform to the specs outlined in "VIDEO SPECIFICATIONS".
